I did not received order confirmation or delivery confirmation until the recipient called to thank me for the flowers. I had to call twice in the meantime to make sure that the orders went through. It's obvious that the two companies, Amazon and Proflowers, still need to get their S*** together.
Here are the feedbacks from the recipients, I think the first recipient just said that the flowers "looked lovely" since they were trying to be polite. The second recipient told me flat out, "the flowers did not look pretty". When I ask why, she said that they did not bloom yet. I can now see how Proflowers can provide their 7-day freshness guarantee...it will take that long for the flower to bloom and die.
